UpdateAI Secures $2.3 Million to Enhance Customer Success with Advanced AI Technology

Customer Success platform UpdateAI has secured $2.3m in funding from venture capital investors, including IdealabX, Stage Venture Partners, Zoom Ventures, Howard Morgan, and a16z’s scout fund. The platform, which integrates with ChatGPT conversational AI technology, generates Smart Summaries of customer meeting notes and automates post-meeting workflows for CS teams. With this funding we are rolling out a solution that saves CS teams meaningful time that can be invested into more strategic thinking and scaling of account coverage, said UpdateAI Co-Founder and CEO Josh Schachter.
