System Shock Director Plans to Develop XCOM-style Strategy Game in Same Universe
Nightdive Studios considers developing a strategy game set in the System Shock universe, with gameplay similar to XCOM 2. The game's plot would focus on the resistance's battle against SHODAN's cyborgs and machines on Citadel Station before the events of the original game. With the System Shock remake's positive response, an XCOM-like title could be a hit with players.
