Rocket Matter, a cloud-based law practice management platform, has just announced an exciting new integration. The integration with OpenAI’s ChatGPT artificial intelligence provides users with quick access to ChatGPT from anywhere within on the Rocket Matter app.
This integration is a massive time-saver since there is no longer a need to leave the platform in order to access ChatGPT. Currently, it includes the ability to use the AI to draft a message or summarize a document without having a separate ChatGPT license.
The integration will be even more useful once the next release is out. At that time, Rocket Matter plans to integrate with ChatGPT for the purpose of extracting information from documents, designing reports and finding financial information within Rocket Matter. Additionally, there will be document review available, which will allow customers to categorize large sets of documents quickly.
Rocket Matter founder Larry Port and Law Ruler founder Dan Jacobs are part of the AI committee at ProfitSolv, the parent company of Rocket Matter and Law Ruler. They have spoken about how they are looking to integrate AI across their portfolio of products.
The safety and security of user data is another major factor in developing the integration. OpenAI’s application programming interface (API) is used to access ChatGPT, making sure that the data submitted by users is never used to train or improve AI models.
Rocket Matter users have the option to opt in to use the integration. They can do so upon request through the Rocket Matter platform or by contacting the sales and support teams.
This integration displays the value that Rocket Matter offers its clients. By allowing them access to advanced AI technology, Rocket Matter’s customers stand at the forefront of their industry, always taking advantage of the latest technologies.
