Real, a tech-oriented real estate brokerage, has just launched “Leo”, a new integration of Open AI’s ChatGPT, with its transaction management solution, reZEN. Considered a “concierge” for brokers and agents, the AI software is programmed to provide answers to complex queries and will improve with use. In order to support its agents better, the company will be using this innovative tool to provide quick information regarding deals, post-contract status and more.
The software is traded in Canada and the United States under the symbol “REAX”, and is set to enter into beta mode during the second quarter of 2021. Pritesh Damani, the Chief Technology Officer at Real said, “We are excited to see how Leo will enhance the work of our agents. With the power of reZEN’s data and the bot’s advanced capabilities, we are confident that our agents will be better equipped to serve their clients and achieve their goals.”
Real is one of the few brokerages to quickly integrate innovative technologies and platforms within its own software in order to ease the job of its agents. The company reports that Leo will be tailored to the needs and working style of each agent, which will ensure the precise kind of help that each individual needs. This base support will help to lessen the same strain on the company’s customer service resources.
Founded by Bobby Doss, the tech-savvy brokerage has seen relentless growth in 2020, having seen an 82% increase in agents, exceeding 7,000. To offset the 20 million dollars lost in 2020, Real increased agent fees and raised its annual brokerage fee from $500 to $750.
At Inman Connect Las Vegas, scheduled for August 8-10 2021, members of Real will have the opportunity to leverage their skills, knowledge and expertise. There, they will have the chance to learn and take advantage of the changing trends and demands of the industry. Currently, the event is offering tickets at the most economical prices.
