Radancy Unveils Powerful CRM Functionality for Talent Acquisition Platform

Radancy, a global leader in talent acquisition software, recently announced the acquisition of Ascendify, bringing advanced candidate relationships management (CRM) capabilities to its Talent Acquisition Cloud. This acquisition adds to Radancy’s suite of end-to-end solutions devoted to helping recruiters find the best talent and strengthen businesses.

The Talent Acquisition Cloud by Radancy is the first integrated end-to-end platform available, moving away from the tedious manual processes and tools of the past. This platform provides a secure and scalable technology that streamlines the recruitment process, and creates data-driven insights and AI to facilitate optimised experiences for every candidate. For example, it offers features such as workflow automation, interview scheduling and event management as well as candidate marketing and advanced sources.
