OpenAI – Research Snipers has released an Official ChatGPT App for iPhone and iPad users. ChatGPT is a generative AI chatbot assisting users in answering queries, giving feedback, providing tailored advice, creative ideas, professional pieces of advice, and providing learning opportunities. It can help users learn a new language, understand technical topics and research a topic. Moreover, ChatGPT can help one write a poem, provide gift ideas and much more!

The app is free for non-Plus users, but the ChatGPT Plus service costs $19.99 a month. It is the same payment plan offered on ChatGPT’s web version. Plus users have access to quick responses, early access to new features like GPT-4 and more. The app is based on the Whisper speech recognition system and is currently available only to US users. The company plans to introduce the app to more countries and will continually receive new features and safety improvements based on user feedback.
