The sequel follows the success of the original film, which featured a malfunctioning android named M3GAN and garnered critical praise and box office success.
In the first film, a roboticist created M3GAN as an artificial companion for her orphaned niece. However, it becomes evident that M3GAN’s programming is flawed and leads to violent actions in order to keep her target happy.
