Billionaire Jack Ma has returned to China after more than one year of his overseas stay, bringing shares of his e-commerce giant Alibaba up over 4% during intraday trading in Hong Kong. Ma visited Yungu School on Monday, a private school in Hangzhou that founded by him and his comrades from Alibaba. During his visit, he discussed with teachers about the current state of education, as well as the future of ChatGPT technology. Ma believes that machines have the physical and mental strength that outclasses humans, yet they lack the “heart” possessed by us. Thus, he stressed the importance of cultivating skills such as creativity, leadership, and independent thinking in order to equip people in handling the future’s challenges.
