UserTesting, a company which specializes in helping organizations conduct tests and surveys on their products and services with end-users, recently announced the launch of their Human Insight Platform with the release of their new feature, Friction Detection. Having merged with UserZoom, another user experience testing company in a $1.3 billion deal, in October 2022, its unified platform consists of various features, allowing it to provide a comprehensive view of user experience and generate more data that is useful for their machine learning capabilities. Andy MacMillan, CEO of UserTesting, said in an interview with VentureBeat that this merger has enabled the company to offer new perspectives on user experience and better analyze user behavior.

Other examples of such companies would be FullStory and ContentSquare, which are both aimed at analyzing user interactions and experiences on websites and apps.
