Today, Zoho, a technology provider several enterprise solutions, announced the launch of 13 generative AI application extensions and integrations, powered by ChatGPT, in order to combine third-party intelligence with Zia, their AI engine. This artificial intelligence is intended to provide users with a more secure and intuitive experience, as part of Zoho’s mission to offer competitive cloud services.

Ramprakash Ramamoorthy is the head of Labs and AI Research at Zoho, overseeing a team of engineers working on artificial intelligence and other deep-tech projects. Prior to joining the team, he worked at Explorys (later acquired by IBM) and developed a predictive analytics platform that has persisted in IBM’s Watson platform to date. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Arizona State University and is leading Zoho’s AI initiatives in their mission to provide an intuitive and efficient user experience.
