India wholeheartedly embraces ChatGPT, says OpenAI CEO Sam Altman

Date:

OpenAI CEO, Sam Altman, has praised the Indian market for its high adoption of the company’s ChatGPT AI chatbot. Speaking at an event in New Delhi, Altman commented on the exponential growth, saying that the algo can genuinely and truly learn and gets predictably better with scale. Altman did, however, warn that the speed of change is happening faster than most governments can keep up with and that they need to consider this when updating their socioeconomic contracts. Despite concerns, OpenAI believes that generative AI technology is here to help improve society rather than hinder it.
