Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar recently commented on the issue, saying that even though Sam Altman may have ideas about AI regulation, India has its own views on the same. He added that forming a United Nations for AI is a good idea, however that won’t stop India from creating its own regulations to protect its citizens and keep the internet secure.
OpenAI recently wrote a blog post that discussed the need for an international organization that would help oversee AI and protect humanity.
