Google to Introduce AI Suggestions and Rewrites in ChromeOS’s Right-Click Menu

Mako, on the other hand, will provide users with three core tasks: the ability to request rewrites, offering preset text queries, and inserting the rewritten text. Lastly, Manta serves as the name for the backend service that will send the original text and prompt to Google’s servers and receive the AI-enhanced version.
