South Africa’s Avalon Health empowers patients with streamlined online healthcare access and offers doctors digital tools to enhance care. Chatbots Africa, from Ghana, aims to lead the way in assisting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in transitioning into the Social Commerce era with AI-driven online storefronts. Dial Afrika Inc, from Kenya, focuses on tailoring customer support tools for global businesses, with a specific emphasis on African SMBs.
