In a groundbreaking development, Chamarajanagar district is set to witness the establishment of the first-ever artificial intelligence (AI)-integrated Lithium Ferros Phosphate (LFP) battery cell production unit. Set to be located in the Badaganakuppe-Kellamballi Industrial Area, the unit will cover an impressive 40,000 square meters of land. According to Rajendra Prasad, the deputy director of the Department of Commerce and Industries in Chamarajanagar, this unit’s construction is estimated to be completed within a year.
