Eventbrite Leverages GPT for Streamlined Event Planning

Date:

Eventbrite, an event management and ticketing website, has announced GPT-powered tools to help event creators simplify some of the tedious, time-consuming steps in event planning – like creating event pages, running email campaigns, and developing social media ads.

Now, when constructing an event page using Eventbrite, users can enjoy a seamless experience. The page will be automatically generated with descriptions, images and event type, category, and sub-category based on the event title, date, and location. Plus, it will also fill in the additional details automatically to make it easier for people to discover events.

To help make marketing an event easier, Eventbrite has also developed AI-driven tools like Eventbrite Boost, an automated marketing platform. Boost Lite ($15/month), Core ($50/month), and Pro ($100/month) offer its users personalized AI-driven engagement tailored to their audiences’ needs on the likes of Facebook and Instagram. Plus, the new copywriting feature for social media ads is only available to paid Boost subscribers.

This is all aimed at helping reduce the amount of time spent by event creators, giving them a starting point for revised and edited copy alongside helping create better engagement and getting more people interested in their events. Co-Founder and CEO Julia Hartz commented in a statement, “Eventbrite’s creators and consumers remain the north star of our business. As we continue to innovate, integrating AI into our platform will help accelerate the business growth of our global community of event entrepreneurs by helping them save time and reach more attendees faster.”

The Company, Eventbrite, strives to keep creating innovative ideas and technologies to help simplify the process of event planning and hosting. Founded in 2006 initially as a poster-child of the Silicon Valley startup scene, Eventbrite has since grown to provide services to hosts and planners of all sizes, ranging from independent entrepreneurs to international festivals.
