Dice Launches AI-Powered Cover Letters with ChatGPT Technology

Dice, a brand under DHI Group, Inc (NYSE: DHX), has announced the launch of an innovative new tool that could drastically simplify the otherwise dreaded task of writing a cover letter: Dice AutoPen™. Developed on OpenAI and powered by ChatGPT, this tool can be used to generate cover letters when tech professionals apply for jobs on the Dice mobile app.

For more than a decade, Dice has been a leader in the recruitment industry and has leveraged machine learning and AI to build knowledge graphs, recommendation engines and match models that benefit recruiters and tech professionals alike. To make the job application process more efficient for busy tech professionals, Dice has now introduced AutoPen™.

Using AutoPen™, tech professionals can compose cover letters through their resume, job profile, and the respective job and company they would like to apply for. Once the AI generated cover letter is generated, the user can review it and make edits as desired before saving and submitting it.

AI and machine learning have a pivotal role in the products and platform of Dice. It’s knowledge graph, which powers IntelliSearch, was patented by the United States Patent & Trademark Office in 2022. Additionally, this algorithm leverages predictive analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning to create a elevated user experience especially for tech professionals and recruiters.

Dice AutoPen™ joins several other services and tools that were recently launched by Dice, such as TalentSearch, JobSearch, Dice Match and Invite to Apply. With the introduction of this new tool, tech professionals can now be more productive and efficient when applying for jobs.
