Scribe is designed to interpret the emotions of messages and suggest the best alternative that encourages users to engage. Growth marketers can generate copies that are personally tailored and emotionally powerful, thanks to Scribe’s input on the best words to use, with just a few keywords. The technology also gives marketers the ability to diagnose the tone of the message they are sending.
To better understand the power of emotionally connected customers, CleverTap identified five primary emotions that have become a major part of digital marketing, such as FOMO (fear of missing out), anticipation, trust, joy, and surprise. Scribe is equipped to analyze these feelings and to create and partner them with content. This is especially useful for digital businesses that want to utilize emotionally intelligent content to up their conversions, visits, swipes, and spending.
One example that CleverTap sites of the power of Scribe is how two messages can have different emotions, despite having the same meaning. For instance, “50% off on shoes! Offer ends tonight!” may be met with quite a different response than “Hurray! You have won 50% off on shoes. Coupon is valid today.” This shows how Scribe helps brands curate personalized messaging that strikes the right chord with the audience, having an improved customer experience at the end of the day.
