Bandwidth Announces Maestro: AI and CX Capabilities for Next-Gen Enterprise Cloud Communications With the Simplicity of Software Control

Date:

Today at the Enterprise Connect Conference & Expo, Bandwidth Inc. (NASDAQ: BAND) announced the launch of Bandwidth MaestroTM, a cloud communications platform that enables CIOs to simplify the process of integrating real-time voice apps across their unified communications, cloud contact center and AI platforms. Maestro promises to provide faster time to value and enhanced customer and employee experiences while reducing costs, streamlining operations and bolstering disaster recovery. This groundbreaking platform is expected to be fully available in the third quarter of this year, significantly expanding Bandwidth’s strategy to be the universal platform for global enterprise cloud communications.

Bandwidth Inc., founded in 1999, is a global provider of cloud communications solutions for enterprises. Their core solutions include voice calling, text messaging and emergency services. Their Networks Cloud, which reaches over 60 countries, provides the connectivity for customers to ensure optimal communications reliability. Bandwidth’s platform is trusted by all the leading names in unified communications and cloud contact centers as well as corporations, medium and small businesses, and software providers.

John Bell, Bandwidth’s Chief Product Officer, understands the difficulty enterprise CIOs face when migrating from on-premises to cloud-based solutions. The lack of an interoperable platform and walled gardens of single vendors can add months of work and cost to the process. Maestro provides an easy-to-use visual builder software that allows enterprises to customize global communications workflows and add CX and AI capabilities such as conversational AI, machine-learning-based fraud detection, and text-to-speech and speech-to-text tools – all interoperable and consumable by software.

The many benefits of Maestro include streamlined call delivery and enhanced customer experiences with pre-built integrations to leading conversational AI platforms and text-to-speech and speech-to-text tools, call verification via machine learning, customization of call flows from multiple best-in-class vendor platforms, and the ability to access insight from customer-specific dashboards and inbox alerts. Maestro has earned finalist positions for both the “Overall Best of Enterprise Connect” and “Best Innovation in Customer Experience” awards at the Enterprise Connect Conference & Expo, where Bandwidth is exhibiting in booth 1320 through March 29.
