Aston University has launched a new research center that focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance society and improve people’s lives. The Aston Centre for Artificial Intelligence Research and Application (ACAIRA) aims to be a central hub for AI applications in the West Midlands region.
The center, led by Director Professor Anikó Ekárt and Deputy Director Dr Ulysses Bernardet, is committed to developing trustworthy, ethical, and sustainable AI solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and the public.
