The company aims to achieve LEED Gold certification for the office upon completion. Apple has been carbon neutral for corporate operations since 2020 and has been powered by 100 percent renewable energy for all its facilities since 2018.
The tech giant’s focus on environmental responsibility extends to its partnership with clean energy solutions in Singapore, including the installation of solar panels on 800 rooftops back in 2015. This initiative led Apple to become the first company in Singapore to be fully powered by renewable energy.
