Almosafer, Saudi Arabia’s leading travel company (part of Seera Group), is now testing the AI-powered language model called ChatGPT, developed by the Artificial Intelligence research and deployment company, OpenAI. Through this integration, Almosafer aims to enhance the customer booking experience by providing tailored, smarter responses to customer queries via the mobile booking platforms. Almosafer becomes the first travel company in Saudi Arabia to use this integration. The voice search function is powered by ChatGPT and is able to accept queries in both English and Arabic. Additionally, the integration of ChatGPT may give Khalid, Almosafer’s virtual travel advisor, the capability of providing even more information about the destination the customer chose and allows him to become a better consultant.
