Armorblox Enhances Security Teams’ Productivity with Launch of Graymail and Recon Attack Protection Solutions

Date:

Armorblox, an innovative cloud-delivered cybersecurity firm, has launched a new product – Graymail and Recon Attack Protection – to improve the productivity of security teams managing graymail and protecting against malicious recon attacks. In addition, new advanced capabilities have been unveiled for two of the company’s main products: Advanced Data Loss Prevention and Abuse Mailbox. These new abilities enhance the overall productivity of security teams by instituting smart workflows to manage user-reported threats, improved graymail detection and classification, and other data protection features.

The new product is a charge against the issues that arise from graymail management like potential security risks leading to cyber attacks. In fact, a recent survey states that on average, up 27 hours a week are wasted by teams dealing with manual graymail management.

DJ Sampath, the Co-founder and CEO of Armorblox, says that the platform offers comprehensive email protection to automatically detect and protect against new language-based cyber threats, prevent the spilling of confidential data, and free up security team’s time to manually strive through graymail and respond to user-reported threats.

Apart from Graymail and Recon Attack Protection, Armorblox offers various email security and data protection solutions to help organizations stay ahead of emerging threats, keep organizational data secure, and remain compliant with industry regulations. The platform is powered by Natural Language Understanding, connecting APIs that helps it to examine thousands of cues and understand the context of communications to protect user data against cyber attacks.

Armorblox is well versed in protecting user data against both targeted phishing attacks and BEC and is rated highly on the Gartner 2021 Market Guide for Email Security and 2022 Market Guide for Data Loss Prevention. Armorblox was founded by Arjun Sambamoorthy and DJ Sampath in 2017, and is part of a portfolio of investors such as General Catalyst, and Next47.
